I hope I am not getting to technical but...LOL......!!! I still haven't got the first response about 30-days and when it does and doesn't not apply with the CRA's....!!! Can someone please help me the least little bit?
I was always of the opinion that the cra's had to respond within 30 days. However, it appears they seldom do and I don't think there's much that can be done about it. Why don't you call them in the a.m. and ask when your updated reports will be sent. That's what I do. Just make sure you don't answer any of their questions like "are you an attorney" or " do you have an attorney working for you?"
I don't think you have to be crazy to get through this credit bureau business but I've also heard some say they think it might actually be a big help. LOL Bill Bauer
