Am I missing something?

I just got my dispute results in the mail from ole' Experian and the included credit report. On the results page, it shows several items as still pending. Yet, when I look at the report, none of those that are pending ay anything about being disputed by the consumer.

Is this a violation? The easy answer is yes but is this what potential creditors see also? Do they see a different report that DOES show them in dispute?

You actually got a credit report from Experian just from disputing? Every time I dispute they send me a one page sheet listing the item in dispute. If I won the dispute the page shows how the item looks after the dispute. If I lost the dispute, the sheet says that "this item was verified and updated on mo-year."

Yeah - some accounts I disputed had additional info added so I guess that's why I got a report. I just need to know if this copy of the report should be showing the items currently in dispute as being in dispute.
