If you send a dispute letter to Experian, with all of the copies of letters and crrr receipts that you sent to CA without a response and they come back and say verified is that legal?
I read that the CRA's must accept proof from the debtor, I sent proof that this account isnt mine from the lack of response from Ca over a couple of months and they sent results of investigation-verified. Now what?
    thank you for replies.

What more proof do you need that a CRA "investigation" is a fraud. I would send an ITS to both the creditor and the CRA giving then 15 days to remov ethe offending trade line and sue both of them if they don't.
