Welcome to Creditnet! We need more info. in order to start helping you though. Can you tell us more specifics about all the negative marks on your credit reports, where your FICO scores currently stand, and what you're currently doing (if anything) to build positive payment history on your credit reports again?

If your husband doesn't have credit at all the best way to give him a credit score is to add him as an authorized user to an existing credit card account. Ask a family member or a friend that you can trust. Make sure the credit card has perfect payment history and they can maintain a low balance (10% or less of the credit limit). You can also add an authorized user account to your credit as well. The longer the payment history and the higher the credit limit the bigger the boost in the credit score will be. I would suggest fixing any negative items on your credit before adding the authorized user accounts to your credit, you will see a bigger boost with less negative accounts on your credit.

Please let everyone on the forum know more about your credit situation so we can start helping you.

    Thanks! Heather with BoostMyScore.NET

The CA's are attempting to collect larger amounts because they've included fees and interest on top of what you charged to the card. What I would be concerned about the most at this point are the payday loans. How much do you owe the payday lenders and how overdue are you?

The payday loans look like they're your smallest debts and I'll assume they have the highest interest rates too. I would focus on getting those paid off first, and then you can move on to the credit cards and other debts.
