accounts when they want to. I just checked creditexpert and all the accounts they said they would delete this afternoon are gone. It took them about 4 hours from the time they said they would til I saw it. Why can't they be as concerned about these things when they are not being sued?
The longer your report is in error the longer it effects your score. The lower the score the higher the price of loans and insurance. Also the longer the score is wrong the more likely creditors will find out about it by doing an annual review and jack up the prices on you. Here is another bonus for them: They know you have good credit because the score and report is in error and they know that too. They have a prime credit customer who they can charge sub prime rates with out taking the risk they take with sub-prime debtors. U have to sue to make it more expensive for them than what they are gaining by their above actions!
LKH- Careful, dude... they will probably want you to dismiss with prejudice. Then, you'll never be able to file the same complaint. Get it in writing they will *never* insert those trades again. Should be in your stipulation agreement before you dismiss. SK
Good point. I got the dismissal "with prejudice" and no where did it state anything about not reinserting those trades. So I called their atty and asked him where he wanted me to put that on the dismissal. There was no fight against it from them. So I added it, signed it, and it is being filed manana. Also, there was no non disclosure statement, so I can talk about this all I want to.
