Re: Re: Re: Amazon.com credit card When I called the number I hit the number to check on the status, it then asks me for my ss #. I enter it, but it transfers me to a CSR. I think the CSR has the most up to date info.

I think the filters might be picking up the non residential address. So far the utility bills I've sent back have passed the test except for Umbrella Bank. They said it wasn't enough proof. Anyone with a PO box could be fraudulantly getting accounts,etc... Think of it as protection for you not against you. Like when you go to the bank and they ask for ID....they are protecting your account. I'm glad when someone wants to verify my stuff, not upset.

Too bad I don't have these on me as I'm away from home on vacation. I guess I have to wait till after New Year's to even fax the info. when I get home.
