On EXP and TU I have an account listed w/ ACE. I called them directly and they said if I pay the $250.00 they would erase it from my reports. I asked the rep to send me a letter from him stating this in writing. He said he could only fax this document! Their legal department told him to fax only??? Sounded strange to me. I know company is a total scam to begin with. $250 and i never saw a charge card from them. How should i proceed? I want it gone. on since 8/99
