I sent American Express a validation letter a few weeks back asking for written proof that the account is mine. They sent a letter stating: Our records indicate that the account is "included in bankruptcy" and they have instructed the CRA's to report it that way. They did not give me written proof that the account is mine. So what should I do next? Any suggestions please?
