Hi there, I'm new to this forum but wanted to see if anyone new anything about American Mobile Home Service? Me and my partner have a lawsuit filed against them and I was wondering if there was a way I could find out if they had other lawsuits filed, if they have any assets, and basically if we're going to get screwed with all of this. We bought a mobile home and land package from Oakwood Homes last year, not one month after the house was put in Oakwood filed Chapter 11. There is substantial damage to the house and to the property where things were damaged in the moving or they were never installed correctly and have now caused significant damage. Since Oakwood has filed for bankrupcy we cannot sue them to get the errors fixed, but we have filed against the contractor. I just want to know if there are other people out there that are also suing them for damages and if this company has any assests when our lawyer wipes the floor with them.
