   I got a ton of good references for this $35 per year secured card that is used to help legal immigrants among others to establish new credit.
   
   Have SS# but no drivers license for application. DL will happen later.
   
   Any problems with the application? A.P. says they report unsecured even though they are secured.

   Bank America is also good for recent immigrants.
   
   They don't ask about a DL either. I've heard good things about Amercian Pacific too.
