   I have $300 limit on SECURED American Pacific Visa card 1 year now...Do they automatically convert to UNSECURED? if so, when? do they even increase credit line on SECURED (without me paying more to increase the limit?)

   You should give them a call. I did after 8 months and they increased my limit.
