I called americredit today becuase they are reporting me as past due every month but I am paying them thru a trustee becuase I filled chapter 13 bk. I called and told the lady they are misreporting and she told me to file a compalint with the cra, I told her americredit was the one reporting it wrong they need to fix this she refused. I asked for a manager and she would not transfer me then she hu. Are they suppose to tell you if they are monitoring and recording the phone call which she did not. What can I do about this...
