Forgive my blatant stupidity, but how the heck do they even know where you have your assets? If they looked at my credit union account that I make the payments out of to them, there's nothing exciting to talk about there. However, ING direct is paying more interest than my CU, so we've got $ there. So what I'm getting at is how would they know where your money is while you're on the phone with them? Ozzy.
