The dept is aprox 15k , It's being paid by a credit counseling agency called Light house credit foundation. He has other CC depts being paid the same way and they are reporting as current. But Amex is reporting "bad dept/charge off of 15K" Balance says 15k as well. But he paid aprox 5k of this money to Light House , and they delivered it to Amex. He wrote few letters to Amex after this validation he never recieved a reply. He talked to lighthouse on the phone and they said they will look into it. It's going to be a month in 2 days. I would like to get your take on this one. I told him to send Doc's nutcase #1 with CMRR to Amex. and dispute as soon as he gets the RR back.
