Hi all, I was wondering if you can initiate more than one claim in a 60 day period ? I recently purchased a laptop for $1500 and I found a lower price ($1439) at a certain website so I filed a claim and was approved. I just noticed today that the price dropped to $1419 so I was wondering if it is possible to file another claim for the recent price drop since I bought the laptop less than 60 days ago.

    Thanks for any info.

I believe the only limitations are that you can claim up to $1000 per year and $250 per item. I don't think it matters how often you make a claim. (as long as within 60 days of your purchase)

Steve- I've never done a claim on a claim - call them and see if they can re-open it to adjust it.

Best advice - wait until the 50th day after purcahse and then file claims.

BVG is an AWESOME benefit - one that pays for the annual fee many times over.

yes you can call again, as long as the 60 days are not up yet you can file another claim. Also the new claim has to be at least for $10 dollars.

To recap, as long as the 60 days are not up, and the claim is $10 dollars and up, you can file 2, 3, 4 or more claims.

As for the check, if it's not sent out yet, the new claim will be added to the previous claim amount. If the check has already been cut, they will send you another check.

Hope i am making some sense.
