What I understand from their website the Green is a "charge" card, (as in annual service charge) where you must pay off the balance in full when due, and the Blue is a "credit" card, where you can carry a balance.
You are correct.. The Blue card, is a "credit card", but has some "smart chip" technology... It has its up's and down's, as any other credit card... My advice, trash your credit cards, and use your American Express card..
GO AMEX BLUE...you can still pay in full every month if you want to, and if you want to you can pay part. NO ANNUAL FEE. A SPECIFIC CREDIT LINE...NOT A QUESTIONABLE CREDIT LINE.
