Today I got Amex balance transfer checks with fixed 9.99%,the offer states "you can do with these checks is raise your current credit line,dollar for dollar,with every balance transfer.The new max. credit line can be raised up to $14,000.I did get some balance transfer offers from other credit cards with better rates but none of them mentioned credit line increase.
