I balance transferred about $2 over my large credit on my amex blue. saw "special rate" 5.9% interest fee (0.02). Anyways i called and they said yah 5.9% for life on all BT's, you dont even have to ask for it you got it. Which was odd since i was transferring a credit rather than using a refund check. but 5.9% for life is alot better than the previous offer when i got the card like 9.9% for whatever. i'll probably get some checks/offer letter in the mail but i suprised me since it did not indicate on the website the APR was 5.9% , it said normal APR RATE.
