I would like to know how much longer before I can get the new lower interest rate of 7.99%. Sounds like a generic e-mail to me... I wouldn't hold my breath for them to give it to you from the sounds of it.
THEY PULL A "HARD" I'LL SEND THE SHREDDED CARD BACK TO THEM AND TELL THEM TO CLOSE IT!!! It currently is in the SOCK DRAWER...since they have NEVER given me a CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE...EVER...(almost 4 years)
