Now we know the reason why they change the numbers I got the exact same answer Marci got from the rep , the woman speaks as if she owns AMEX but unfortunately the only thing she can do is check if the rate is already available to you. If it is available she will be more than glad to help you. Doesnt hurt to give a try though who knows the rate may be already there just waiting for your call. Nice woman, she is the one who explained whats going on with the 8.49 deals .. much better experience than the psycho i spoke to earlier.
