RE: Amex Blue-Instant Approval American Express online account service is terrible. for several months I have had trouble logging on to check my account. when I do get the account up it has out of date information. Membership Rewards are only updated every few months. I'm not sure if Blue is the same, but, I personaly will be looking for a better card backed with accurate online information and service.
RE: Amex Blue-Instant Approval I've never seen a better online account service than Amex'. I log on almost daily to get my updated information w/ no problem at all 99% of the time. Some info (mainly from older databases) is only updated once a month. The Blue is on a new database. Saar
