OK people! I need help, and this is freaky! I got the mail today, and in it was a BLUE preapproval. 0% for 6 months, then a go to rate of 12.99%. After I opened it, I got an email from AMEX saying that I've been approved for AMEX Blue again ( it didn't mention that they mailed me a pre-approval). I know that in the past people have said that pre-approval doesn't mean pre-approval.....so what should I do? Send it in???
<bump> MAKES IT GO TO THE TOP... AMEX BLUE "PRE-APPROVAL" is better chance for approval than some...BUT NOT GUARANTEED!!!
