They told me by e-mail to contact the CEO with my problems...SHOULD I???
    GOT NAME AND ADDRESS...

I only have a few problems...

    1) Two years PERFECT payment history with AMEX BLUE no credit limit increase ($4,500 is NOT much of an increase...if I was asking for $50,000 more, I could see what they are doing).
    2) My 12.99% interest rate is HIGHER than TARGET VISA.
    3) They called my work (which is a NO NO...NOT AN EMERGENCY)...especially since I was home MOST of the day...nobody from AMEX called.
    4) Dis-allowed my son's income for "TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME."
    5) Want tax returns.
    6) Refused to give me 9.99% BT rate or lower.
    7) Pulled a credit report...(so I have a lower F.I.C.O. with NO benefit)...they do AR'S every month...and I told them DON'T!!!

THE CARD IS IN THE SOCK DRAWER COLLECTING LINT...THE LAST CHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL (EVEN THOUGH NOT DUE FOR A MONTH)...
A PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY SINCE 1978 IS WORTH NOTHING WITH AMEX!!!

My goof I mis-read the email part.

I guess if you listed all your dissatisfactions they might say "bye bye".

Keep it in the sock-drawer for a trophy.
    A sock-drawer collection of cards.

I would have been happy with your "toy card"

Cap1 is giving me the honor to carry their card of 300.00 for 59.00 fee.
It is a return to sender card not worthy of my sock-drawer!
