Amex Blue Update.

    I OVERNIGHT EXPRESS MAILED the CEO of AMEX about my credit limit, UNAUTHORIZED INQUIRY, household income, payment history, interest rate, F.I.C.O. score, calls to CSR'S no help...

    I haven't got an E-MAIL or SNAIL-MAIL, or any or all of what I wanted on my account.

    IT WAS RECEIVED 2 WEEKS AGO...am I "DREAMING" that I should have got some kind of answer???

    NOT EVEN AN ANSWER..."CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, WE DON'T CARE"!!!

    Maybe he is out of town or his assistant has it.

    Call talk to the assistant and find out if he received it.

    Allot of CEO's never see their mail. It is usually opened by the assistant and decided where to route from there.
