The assistant to the C.E.O. responded by U.S. mail today, BUT SAID NOTHING!!! I haven't got the 9.99% rate, I haven't got a lower than 12.99% BT rate, no limit increase. It's still in the sock drawer.
Just ask them to put in a request for a lower rate. It doesn't matter what they tell you in response: "You'd need to reapply", "we do not change rates", "would you like to convert it to another product?", etc. Tell them you won't hang up until they put in a request. Worked for me - rate reduced from 10.99% to 9.99% No need to write the company President. Persistence is all that's required. Saar

George, You've tried every way, except the one that works. They won't volunteer to lower your rate, you have to make them. Saar
