I called to upgrade my blue card to cash rebate card. A lady accepted my request but said she can only give my 2% cash rebate card. The 5% cash rebate card and also cash rebat card for costco member can only be get from applications. Any people have same experience? What the old cash rebate card looks like cause I can not find it from their website. Thanks
