It happenned to me last week with the Hilton Hhonors card. Something is messy with their software. It has something to do with these Optima products not being on the same platform as the Blue. The Hilton card came back, as well...
I have NO AVAILABLE BALANCE shown on the web site for DELTA GOLD...internet support said something like "LIMIT ONE ACCOUNT WITH AVAILABLE BALANCE" or some such GARBAGE!!! So I get available balance on BLUE only.
I'm sorry George, I guess I don't understand your post. Are you talking about the online account monitoring tool AMEX has on their website ? If I had more than one AMEX card registered, I would only see 1 balance ??
