My positive AMEX account has now disappeared from my TU report also. TU says they (AMEX) removed it. It wasn't due to come off for several years, but the TU person says there isn't anything I can do about it. My score dropped something like 20 pts. Any ideas what's going on?
Have you contacted Amex's credit bureau unit to ask what is going on? I believe Amex is implementing new software because many of Amex's customers accounts have been disappearing and reappearing (especially with Experian). I would contact the CBU - it could just be a glitch in the system. Dani PS The CBU # for Amex is on this board, just type in Credit Bureau Unit and it should come up. It is a long distance number (954).
