my two Amex baddies were scheduled to fall off EQ in november...I disputed them, got a notice from EQ that they Amex said they were being reported correctly...but they had been off my report for several weeks before I got that notice, and haven't reappeared since I got the notice. This notice came last week.
Yes. Mines is gone too. I paid it off in January and I never disputed it. It was a paid chargeoff ;-( I didn't want to say anything in case it came back;-) I'm not complaining and I am gonna hope it stays gone............... IN 3 more months my year will be up and I can apply again.....
Congrats, at least they're gone. I suspect tho, that they will re-appear with a new dla. LET ME KNOW PERSONALLY IF THIS HAPPENS! I'm working on several issues about this and EQ.
No two tradelines and they are good open accounts. I did dispute one of the Amex tradelines on EXP cause I was only a AU and the balance was killing my score, only one was removed on EXP... but I have never disputed it on EQ.
My Amex accts have not reported to any of the cra's. My Gold Delta from May is not on any report and my new Optima hasn't appeared as of yet either. It may not ever appear it seems.
L- They do show up eventually - in my experience. it may take up to 6 months - but - suddenly - bam - they're there! Amex however seems slow to update new balances - my balances showing on Eq and Ex are about two months behind. I'm not disputing nothin' cuz my new balances are much higher on Amex - so I'm not in a rush for them to update
I've had them report quickly, but reporting only after 6 months is actually a plus. Accounts newer than 6 months drag your score down. Saar
