    I GOT MY AMEX BLUE BACK 3 WEEKS AGO, SO I THOUGHT...
    I e-mailed them Friday asking 3 questions...
    1. Will I get the new 9.99% rate? (had 12.99%)
    2. Can I have a higher credit limit?
    3. When am I going to get my card it has been 3 weeks?
