Just got a survey form about my recent contact with AMEX Executive Offices - of course this is concerning slamming me for the application for the Platinum Card! This one will get filled out - they will get my complaints and dissatisfaction in writing this pm! You cannot lie to a customer - which is exactly what went down...and 3 different people told me they could not help me! This is timely! Frankly, AMEX - I do not care anymore - Cap One is obviously getting my business more and more every day! aarrff - dogman

I answered the questionnaire honestly and directly. I also wrote on the cover letter that the only way I would EVER be satisfied was for them to immediately send me a Platinum Card! I followed that with - "I will never contact AMEX CS - or EXEC Ofcs - again." grrr - dogman
Hey Dogman, If you haven't sealed the envelope and sent the survey in, make a copy and send the copy and the cover letter directly to the exec. office. Years ago I worked at a company that processed these surveys. The company that I worked for was considered the best in the field (you hear their name all the time still.) The surveys were opened and tallyed by a bunch of low-paid, disgruntled employees. The companies ordering the surveys only cared about the bottom-line analysis. They rarely saw the comments on individual surveys. Unless Amex does their surveys differently, you'll just be one of their latest batch. Good luck on fighting the good fight!
