I have two accounts with AMEX, â??goldâ? and â??blueâ?. My â??goldâ? account is approximately 2 years and the â??blueâ? is 8 months old; both of them are good standing. I recently ordered my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus and had to realize that they didnâ??t report the â??blueâ?. It doesnâ??t appear on any of my credit reports as if the account didnâ??t exist. This is kind of upsetting because â??blueâ? is the card I use most frequently and since my credit history is only 4 years old it would help a lot if it appeared on my file. What can I do in a case like this?

Wow!! Blue doesn't report? I have the opposite reaction - yayyyyyy!!

Call AmEx and ask them to report it. If they won't, just get yourself another card that does, and use Blue as a hidden LOC - a big advantage, IMO.

All Amex revolving accounts should report to the three bureaus. They may have skipped over yours. If you call 888 BLUE741 they can give your the # to Amex's Credit Reporting department (or Saar can). Just ask them to begin reporting Blue, but beware that Amex does not report the credit limit so it may hurt you more than help you. Good luck.

PS If they won't report your Blue I'll be happy to trade cards with you. :)
