    Try during business hours. I've been told that they do not have their fax machines on after hours because someone has to attend it at all times due to the confidential material that comes through.

    I WAS GOING TO SEND MY CHRISTMAS WISH LIST...

    9.99% "GO-TO" rate.
    $4,500 limit increase, NO credit report.
    Lower than 12.99% BT rate...(last one was 7.90%).

    I'm not going to spend much on AMEX BLUE...$100-$200/month if they DO NOTHING...LIKE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR 2 YEARS...
