    $15,700!!!

    NOW I'M IN TROUBLE (I NEVER ASSUMED I WOULD BE APPROVED FOR A 3rd CARD)...I BT'D $15,000 TO MBNA THAT IS PAID OFF IN A FEW DAYS...SO I WILL BE OVER-PAID $15,000+

WILL THEY BT THE "OVER-PAYMENT" TO MY CHECKING WITH-OUT A $75.00 FEE???

OR AM I GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 MONTHS FOR A CHECK REFUND???

Last time I OVER-PAID a bank more than $5,000 THEY TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO REFUND THE MONEY (I assume they were worried about some FRAUD)...but it was an EFT!!! (same as CASH)!!!

...OR DO I JUST SPEND THE $75.00 RIGHT NOW AND DO A BT TO MY CHECKING FOR ABOUT $15,000???

I'd call them and ask how long for a refund check for it they'd do a BT for no charge. You have to figure what you could earn on the $15K versus what it would cost you ($75 plus any other interest you might have to pay because you don't have the money available).

Wait a minute--my brain is confused. The money you would spend on interest because you don't have the money available should be considered against the $75, not added to it. You're saving that interest by spending the $75. So it should be any interest you save plus anything you would earn on the remaining money against the $75 it costs you.

    Too late on a weekend!
