It is ILLOGICAL to have a 0.00% account @ 49%!!!
...OR EVEN A 2.99% account.

You could try...it won't hurt. It is a soft inquiry straight across the board on EX.

They gave ME $5000 with prime plus 5.99 and I'm just a young yuppie with credit problems.
