Anyone... How long from the date you were approved did it take to receive your checks in the mail? Just wondering so that I can keep an eye on things. Thanks! p.s. I will post my first experience with cashing a LOC check asap...stay tuned
If you get the checks, pull them out of the mail box and burn them! AMEX by far is the worst overall company I have ever dealt with. To be an employee of AMEX would be a true embarassment.Your better off being unemployed.
Come on now! They have their ups and downs. But, there are many worse companies, IMHO. George? Even yo have not given up on them, right? Creditworks? How about you?
I apologize! Right now I feel their the worst (see my reasons on the other AMEX thread) but I will still give them one more chance to redeem themselves. They are nice people but have no knowledge and are not empowered to make any decisions. Same goes for the CS Management. The answer is always we have to call another department to look into this, etc. I asked to speak to these goofballs and they state no one from the outside can call them, etc. Please, give me a break! Why can't I explain my situation to a $8 hour Vice President (everyone at a bank is a VP)to give them advice on how to correct their problem. I blame the company for not allowing these people any empowerment!

I have given up on the LOC...(TOO MANY EXCUSES)...THE "HARD" FOR LOC # 2 IN ADDITION TO THE "SOFT", WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK.
