I was readng my statement from AMEX membership banking and they slid in a little note that the deposit envelopes have the wrong address. Now I figured something was wrong because it was taking them two weeks to post my deposits and in some cases had to wire money in because automatic transfers to pay bills were going into effect and I wanted to make sure the items were paid. On one item I was not soo lucky even though I wired the money and they did not actually post it until 7 pm in the evening until I called and demanded that they check with their wire department. Within minutes my money was posted. What a coincidence! So not only do they give you the wrong address on their envelopes they don'tpost your wire immediately. I am so glad this is not my primary bank. So to others if you incurred a fee due to their late postings and you used their old envelopes I urge you to get your money back. I certainly did not like how they tried to slip that one in the statements and not send out a letter notifying account holders of this problem. Shame on them! Cypri
Yes that little note almost got by me as well. After I read it I immediatly went online and ordered new postage paid envelopes.
