    George,

    I was denied too. For serious delinquency. They pulled Experian.

    I have two paid collections (student loans) that are 6 years old on Experian.

    Does AMEX LOC still not report to the CRA's?

    Applied tonight.....

    30 second instant response: approved Prime +3.99 9K line

    AMEX really does have instant online decisions for their LOC. Not bad.

    CE approx score: 703-720

    Hey tommyy,

    I've had an LOC with Amex for about 2 months. Not reported on to any CRA. Soft inquiry.
