Just applied for Amex LOC . Recieved no instant approval. Recieved email stating: Prime + 5.99% line pending Results in the mail 5-7 days. Is this a big fat Denied??? I called the 888 number and entered my Social plus pin . The system said no line of credit for this account. What does this mean???? Thanks

I was also approved instantly @ 3,99% + Prime with Acct #### And George: It took me applying 3 different times before they finally approved me. In fact the system even recognized me when I applied the last time and I didn't have to enter an home address. It said something aboout me being a AMEX banking customer and they would use the address on file. But I wasn't a customer other then my two previous denied applications.
Just Called: DENIED Reason: balance to credit limits I am currently at 45% because Capital One does not report my limits.
