Hi all, I'm a bit confused about this program. On the Blue website, it says that it is totally fee free for Blue cardmembers; but in the MRO catalog that I recently received, it says that there is a $15 enrollment fee for participation in the options program. Which is the correct policy ? I hope the $15 fee is just a misprint by AMEX.

No fee for Blue cardholders is correct.

    Steve,

If you have the Blue card, there is no fee for MRO - even if you enroll other cards that require a fee.

For example, I enrolled my Blue and Green at the same time. The Blue was free and the Green was $15, for MRO. But the website said that AmEx would only charge the lowest fee available on any one card for both cards. So both my cards were enrolled free. The website is actually very nice and user friendly wrt MRO enrollment.

Regular Membership Rewards is a different story, though...

What's the difference between regular membership rewards and membership rewards options? I see nothing on the site about membership rewards options...
