AMEX OPEN Short App Broken???????

Anyone else getting this when you try to apply for a biz card through the OPEN short app (the one where you are already a cardmember and only need to enter last name, card number, and last four of SSN to apply)?

Short app still broken for me, so I used the standard app and got instant approval for Blue Cash for Business from OPEN.

Re: Blue - I applied for standard Blue online in 11/03 and was given the lowest APR (7.9% fixed) with a 750'ish EQ FICO.

I called up standard customer service last month and asked to be converted to Blue Cash - but the way I asked was "can you tell me what my APR will be IF I convert to BC?".

They put me on hold, came back and said "it will be 6.99% fixed -- would you like me to convert?" I was like, WTF!! Why would APR be lower than ordinary Blue??? I confirmed it again with the rep and a letter soon followed confirming it as well, along with the new card.

The account number remained the same, and I still can't believe it to this day! If you search for my original post on this, someone else called in after me and got the same treatment I believe, so it should work!
