    I finally signed up...DON'T ask...

    We're Sorry...
    You cannot Pay By Computer at this time because there is no
    balance due.


    COULDN'T PAY THE "PENDING" CHARGES...

    SOME PLAY TOY!?!?!
    IT IS AMAZING YOU CAN'T PAY A BILL IF YOU WANT TO!!!

    That's ridiculous, I bet they'd cash your check if you mailed it to them. Is it that the balance is totally ZERO?, or that you have not yet hit the next cycle and you have no minimum payment yet?

    If the balance is zero, I could understand that for an online system...they don't like division by zero or subtraction from zero.

    But then I wonder what happens if you try and OVERPAY your next bill by a buck or 2? Will it not accept the entire payment?

    NO BALANCE ON STATEMENT YET, CHARGES ARE PENDING...previous balance paid in full.

    So if I wanted to make sure I didn't have to pay the bill while I was on VACATION, I couldn't pay it before I left if I had a $0.00 balance...

    SOUNDS REAL LOGICAL...
