AMEX Platinum....for me???

    In email today:

    I can't believe this. They think that my e-mail is credit worthy enough for this card. I can't even get a Blue for Students! hehe

    If you can't get BLUE FOR STUDENTS...you can't get AMEX PLATINUM CARD...

    JUST SPAM E-MAIL???

    I thought AMEX PLATINUM CARD was required to have 1 + YEARS with any of their card products with a perfect payment history...


    American Express® Rewards Plus Gold Card MAY BE A BETTER CARD TO SHOOT FOR AFTER YOU GET BLUE FOR STUDENTS...

    I have the American Express Platinum card. Well actually, it's the AMEX Optima Platinum card, but many people miss the word "Optima" and confuse it with the Platinum charge card. I love getting the looks of amazement when I use this card to make purchases.

    They say the Platinum card is waiting for you. Maybe it would continue to wait even after you applied. :)
