Does anybody have the number to either call or fax and ask AMEX for a reconsideration? This would be for the Delta Skymiles card. -Om
Is it true that Amex will not review an application once a supervisor has reviewed it once? I asked for a reconsideration and was told that a supervisor has decided to stand behind the original result (denial) and that once that has been done there is nothing more I can do. Except re-apply in 3 months of course. They said I scored a 652 on their internal scoring and need to have a 680 for and automatic approval. Any insight on what my next step should be is greatly appreciated. -Om
