Amex, refuses to respond with PP

    I have sent two letters, both returning a form letter stating I should contact the CRAs directly and I am pretty mad. I even wrote in my second letter that the reply of form letter would be considered non-response and they still won't give a PP or any real communication.

    We sure could use $1000 - how to go forward with ITS from here?

    Send the next letter thru their Agent of Service. It will then probably get to the right department.
