For those that have recently opened new Amex cc accounts, how long has it taken for them to report to the cra's? I got my Amex in early May and it still isn't reporting to any of the cra's. And, my citi plat select that I got in January, still is not on experian, although citi claims to have sent manual updates 2 times so it would report??????
LKH, Last Oct. I got an Optima Consolidator account and did a bt and closed out 3 other cards. Amex did not report until Jan.
My accounts are all there on Equifax. Don't know about Experian or TransUnion. On the topic of Amex credit reporting, for those who have more than one account, is the account open date (year) the same for all your accounts ? Mine are all the same as the year I got my Blue card ('99), only the months are different. I just got a Hilton card a few months ago and it is listed as being opened in 1999. Nice surprise and good for FICO score!
