We've all heard how bad Sign & Travel (or Extended Payment Option) can be on the green/gold/platinum cards, right? Somehow, they offered me prime + 3.something (8.650%) for my S&T. Glad that I had some hotel & airline charges to move over ... that's a lower rate than my Blue! For you Amex charge card holders, it may be worth it to call and see what rate they're offering you. Note: I don't think you can use S&T or EX-PO until you've had the account for 1 year. When I hit the 12 month mark I called and it was automatically added to my account. One more word of caution - don't sign-up for the "automatic" system - that ends up killing your grace period. Always move charges over manually (or on-line) one by one... that way you keep the pay-in-full portion interest-free. -mj PS: Dog - I thought of you especially for this!
