Hey, Does anyone know how to pay the "EXTENDED PAYMENT OPTION" "FLEXIBLE" charges, when paying my AMEX bill online. I'm going to pay some charges over time this month but can't figure out how to pay the % of flexible amount online. On their website it say's to pay the minimun or the full balance, doesn't say pay the minimum and xxx amount to the flexible charges. How do you pay the minimum balance and pay only a % of the flexible part??? Does this require to mail the bill back? instead of paying it online?
Call on the PHONE...you SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY BY PHONE FOR FREE...I did it... Tell them the checking account ROUTING NUMBER and ACCOUNT NUMBER and HOW MUCH TO PAY...
I plan on using the extended payment option this month and pay only xxx amount for that plus my bill in full...I always pay my bill online, but since i'm going to use the flexible EPO, how do you pay this online?
