Does anyone able to convert secured optima to unsecured plat optima card? please let me know also did u call to have acct manger overide ? how much limit ? also does acct manager approved this over the phone or he told u to call us back in 3 days to check status.. I Apply for unsecured card and got denied , call back and spoke with account manager and he told me he can overide the decision also like me to call him back in 3 days to check status?
RE: AMEX >>secured optim Sorry, but you cannot convert a secured card to an unsecured card--you must apply for the desired card. But once you have a regular optima card, you can transfer into almost any other card product
