Well I called to check on my application, impatient aren't I LOL, anyway it stated it was received on March 10 and is being processed and I should receive notification within 9 days. Not sure if this is good or bad??? Thinking maybe denial Mom
Thanks George I plan on calling back, just hope I don't hear the dreaded denial. I recall when I applied awhile back for my husband(I know what was I thinking, actually WK offered this based on his report and we know how much they are worthnotknowing) But I remember when I called for his status they gave me immediate denial, but then again they didn't receive it til the weekend so they probably didn't pull anything yet on me. I am still hoping though. I will keep you posted. Mom

Re: Processing George a ? All I mean is, with answers in 10 seconds...a week or two is too long. I THINK IT IS AN APPROVAL...AMEX DOESN'T WASTE MONEY ON "BULK" (JUNK MAIL) APPLICATIONS.
Thanks Okay, now I realize what you mean and you are right. Yes I agree I think Mom will get this card, most anyone I know that received a preapproval from Amex has gotten the cards no problem, unless of course something magically appeared on reports after their initial screening.
